Kukerin is a small farming town approximatley 300 km E/SE of perth, on the Esperence highway, between Dumbleyung and Lake Grace, 3 km off the highway. Population of about 75 is a piecefull and relaxing town, also set back in the 70's in a nice sort of way. |

This is the Kukerin Hotel, run by Fay Muir since 1998. This pub can get very busy on weekends, and on special occacions during the week. 
This is 'Boy', The Publicans little helper. This Big Red Kangaroo is 2 years old, his mother was hit on the highway when he was still in the pouch, around 2 months old, and was brought in to the vet, and ended up in the loving arms of Fay. |
